Who can apply? Check Eligibility and Age Limit
This is the most important part. Please read carefully so your form don't get rejected later. You must have a **UP Domicile** and a valid caste certificate.
- Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026): Minimum age is 21 years and maximum is 40 years. However, since this is for SC/OBC, you get 5 years relaxation (up to 45 years).
- Educational Qualification:
- Assistant/Cashier: Graduate degree with at least 55% marks + CCC Certificate in Computer.
- Manager/Junior Manager: Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Maths/Stats (55%) OR B.Tech (CS/IT)/MCA/MBA.
- Assistant Typist: Graduation + Typing speed (30 wpm Hindi / 40 wpm English) + CCC certificate.
- Assistant Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
What is the application fee?
The fee is different for OBC and SC candidates. You can pay it using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): Rs. 500/-
- SC / ST: Rs. 250/-
- Divyangjan (PwD): No Fee (Exempted)

Filling the form is easy if you follow these steps properly. Don't forget to keep your scanned photo and signature ready.
- Go to the official website: upcisb.upsdc.gov.in.
- Search for "Combined Co-operative Banking & Technical Services Exam 2026" link.
- Click on "New Registration" and enter your mobile number and email.
- Login with the ID you received and fill your personal and educational details.
- Upload your documents (ensure the photo is clear and not old).
- Pay the examination fee online.
- Save the Registration Slip and take a printout. You will need it for the admit card.
