SSC GD Constable 2025 Exam City and Status Details
Great news for all the candidates who applied for the SSC GD Constable 2025 recruitment! The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started releasing the exam city details and application status. If you are one of the 52 lakh plus candidates appearing for this big exam, it is time to check where and when your exam will be held.
What is SSC GD Exam City Intimation?
The exam city intimation is not your final admit card. It is a preliminary slip that tells you which city your exam center is located in and on what date your exam is scheduled. SSC releases this 10 days before the exam so that students can arrange their travel and stay in advance. Many students come from far away places, so knowing the city early is very helpful for them.
Important Dates for SSC GD 2025
The SSC GD (General Duty) examination is scheduled to be held on various dates in February 2025. Here is a quick look at the schedule:

How to check your SSC GD Exam City 2025?
Checking your status is very simple. You don't need to visit any third-party websites. Follow these steps carefully:
- First, go to the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in.
- On the homepage, look for the "Login" section on the right side.
- Enter your Registration Number and Password (the one you created during OTR).
- After logging in, go to the "Admit Card" tab or check the dashboard for "Constable (GD) 2025".
- Click on the link for "Check Exam City/Status".
- Now you can see your Exam Date, City, and Shift Timing. Take a screenshot for your reference.
Why my exam city is not showing?
Don't worry if you cannot see your city yet. There are usually two reasons for this. First, SSC releases the city details in phases. If your exam is scheduled later (e.g., after February 15), your city details might appear a bit later. Second, please check your application status. If your application was rejected due to a photo or signature error, you will not get an exam city slip. Keep checking the portal daily!
