✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science stream from a recognized board.
- Age Limit (as on 01 August 2024):
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 37 years (UR Male)
- Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
💰 Application Fee
- General/OBC/EWS: ₹540
- SC/ST (Bihar Residents): ₹135
- All Female Candidates (Bihar Residents): ₹135
- PwD: ₹135
- Other State Candidates: ₹600
📝 Selection Process
If the number of applicants exceeds 40,000, a written examination will be conducted. The selection process includes:
- Written Examination (600 marks)

- Final Merit List
📚 Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The written exam will cover the following subjects:
- General Studies: Current affairs, general knowledge related to Bihar, India, and neighboring countries.
- Science: Questions based on 10+2 level Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Quantitative Aptitude & Mental Ability: Basic mathematics and reasoning questions.
💼 Salary
Selected candidates will receive a salary under Pay Level-4, ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100 per month, along with applicable allowances. The approximate in-hand salary will be between ₹37,000 and ₹38,000 per month.
