What Are the Minimum Passing Marks for AIBE 21?

The AIBE is not a competitive exam where you need to get a high rank. It is a qualifying exam where you just need to score the minimum passing cut-off percentages decided by BCI. The minimum marks required for different categories are discussing here:

Category Passing Percentage Required Minimum Qualifying Marks (Out of 100)
General / OBC 45% 45 Marks
SC / ST / PwD 40% 40 Marks

If your marks are equal to or above these category cut-offs, your status will show as "Pass" on the scorecard. The marks obtained are usually not highlighted on the final certificate, only your qualifying status is mentioned.

What to Do if Your AIBE Result Status is Withheld?

Sometimes, many students open their scorecard and see their result status as "Withheld" instead of Pass or Fail. Do not panic if this happens with you! This usually happens if your State Bar Council enrolment certificate or some important documents were missing or unclear in your application form.

To cope up with this issue, just login into the portal again and click on the "Remarks/Reason" tab. The BCI will mention the exact reason there. You will get a dedicated window to upload your correct enrolment certificate or valid photos online. Once approved, your actual result will be released soon.
